All exercise may cause injury. Gymway USA is not responsible for the choice of exercise or programming and will not be responsible for any injuries as a result of improper training or use. Anyone using Gymway USA’s equipment personally assumes full responsibility for any and all damage or injury which may result from the use of any equipment purchased from Gymway USA.

Gymway USA reserves the right to make changes in the design and/or materials without formal notice. Before using the products, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his/her/its intended use and the user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith. The purchaser is solely responsible for proper use of all Gymway USA products. Improper use may result in personal injury or death. At the time of purchase of any Gymway USA product, the purchaser acknowledges awareness of the risk of personal injuries arising from the use of the product, and shall be solely liable for any personal injury/damages arising from its use.

Improper maintenance and severe abuse of Gymway USA product may result in personal injury or death. Fail to perform maintenance on Gymway USA product can lead to structure degradation. Severe abuse or improper use, including: barbells being dropped while unloaded, barbells being dropped on hard, non-absorbing surfaces or items such as benches, racks, or asphalt, barbells being dropped with metal weight plates, barbells with bumper weights being dropped on rubber flooring less than 30mm in thickness, barbells left loaded or stored on a rack for an extended period, moisture entering the sleeve through improper cleaning or harsh environments. Exercise choices such as rack pull, safety pin shoulder press, and more can cause damage to Gymway USA product. In addition, Gymway USA is not responsible for regular wear and tear of the product. Gymway USA is not responsible for any injuries as a result of failure to perform maintenance and severe abuse of the product.
