      If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. All items must include original packaging. Gymway USA reserves the right to include a 15% restocking fee or reject the return request if the item is not in its original condition. Return shipping is made at the buyers expense. All returns are treated on a case-by-case basis.

      To start a return, contact us at info@gymwayusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Orders placed with a coupon or discount code cannot be returned. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

      Exchanges and Issues
      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We inspect all items and take pictures alongside with your order information to ensure that the item is free of damage/defect before shipment. We are not responsible for items that are damaged, stolen, or lost due to shipping providers' fault. However, we will assist you to file a claim with the assigned shipping provider.

      Warranty

      We offer a 30-month limited warranty for our barbells, and a 12-month limited warranty for bumper plates against manufacturer defects.

      Limited warranty does NOT cover a bar's finish/coating. All claims are treated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Gymway USA is a distributor for Gymway Barbell Industrial Co., Ltd of Taiwan. Gymway Barbell Industrial Co., Ltd reserves the right to review and deny warranty coverage due to personal misuse, abuse, regular wear and tear, and reasons other than defects in workmanship or materials. Warranty only applies to the original owner of the item. Disassembly of any item without prior authorization from Gymway voids the warranty. Failure to perform maintenance voids the warranty.

      All Items should be stored inside at all times.

      Our products are precision engineered and built to last with a defect rate of less than 1%. If we receive back a defective item, the lead engineer from Gymway Barbell Industrial Co., Ltd will personally follow up and conduct a comprehensive examination. We reserve the right to ask for pictures or have the defective item shipped back at our cost for an in-depth review. After receiving the item, the Gymway Barbell Industrial Co., Ltd engineering department will analyze the cause of issue. For example, we will conduct a test to determine if the bar was used over the tensile/yield strength or weight limit.

      If a warranty claim is accepted, we will send you a repair kit or a replacement immediately, if available in stock. 

      The definition of regular use for barbells:

      1. Weight loading for men no higher than 1500lb / women 1200lb

      2.Unload the weights after using.

      3 Movement only on the standard weight platform.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your purchase will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
